Change is constant in nature. A successful person adapts to changes and surges forward. Reforms are brought in, either to clean-up a system or to better it. CCE is one such educational reform introduced by CBSE to make education more purposeful. The objective of CCE is to cater to the demands of the society through life-oriented education. It has supplemented a lot to the holistic development of children at an early stage. The phobia of tests and examinations has barred the intellectual growth of children .The flame of fire has been ignited to capture children’s potentials, imagination and creativity with experiments and rich experiences. Children are widely appreciated for mushrooming interests even in co-scholastic zones. Life skills, thinking skills and social skills have developed a positive attitude in all students especially for the ones who are reluctant to showcase their academic performance. Thus, a balance has been struck between studies and co-curricular activities substantiating the students’ profile for significant achievements.

Children should pursue their goals with passion. Choice of subjects at senior level should be more out of passion for subjects, rather than the lucrative pay packets. Parents need to complement their efforts to fulfil what their child dreams, rather than rub their unfulfilled dreams on the child.

More than an administrator I would love to be a friend, philosopher and facilitator to my students, who can approach me for guidance and support. My doors are always open for parents and teachers too. I take great pleasure in interacting with each one of you; together let us work for the wholistic development of our children in whose future lies the future of India.
